Neeyat marks Vidya Balan’s return to theatres post-pandemic, after her successful stint on OTT with three acclaimed films– Shakuntala Devi, Sherni, and Jalsa. The murder mystery will see the reunion of the Shakuntala Devi team, with director Anu Menon helming the film, which has been produced by Prime Video and Vikram Malhotra-led Abundantia Entertainment.
‘Neeyat’ is a suspense-thriller, which revolves around the story of an unlikely detective (Vidya Balan) investigating inexplicable killings at a billionaire’s party where nothing is as it seems and all suspects have a secret or two.
